User Content Representations and Warranties.

All rights in this section are granted without the need for additional compensation of any sort by gruziwimedia.de to you or to any other person or entity. you agree that you indemnify, defend, and hold harmless gruziwimedia.de and its officers, directors, and employees for all claims resulting from User content you post. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of such disputes, and in any event, you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
You also hereby grant each user of the Site a non-exclusive license to access your User Content through the Site.
